Return Policy for Bio-Crafts

At Bio-Crafts, we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Health and personal care products

Return Process
To process a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your return to the manufacturer.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is inspected, you will receive an email confirming the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company as it may take time to post. If you still haven't received it, please contact us at biocrafts.ca@gmail.com.

Sale Items
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email us at biocrafts.ca@gmail.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
